Get ready to discover our fabulous 2024 prom collection, available now through May 2024. We've got all your favorite brands: Amarra, Jovani, Ellie Wilde, Colette, Alyce Paris, Andrea and Leo, Ava Presley, Clarisse, and our exclusive private label.

To ensure you have the best experience, we recommend booking an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome. Booked appointments are for one hour, we have 8 fitting rooms available for appointments. We have two fitting rooms dedicated to walk-ins, with 30 minutes for trying on, extendable if there's no waiting list. Keep in mind that Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest, so consider booking a weekday appointment for a more private experience.

If you're shy or prefer a quieter space, let us know when booking a weekday appointment, and we'll accommodate you in a reserved fitting room.

Here's what to expect during your visit:

1. 1. Upon arrival, check in with our receptionist, whether you have a booked appointment or you're a walk-in. We'll take waist and hip measurements to assist in finding the right size, as designer sizes can vary (usually 1-2 sizes small). If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, feel free to browse, but please check back in with us to be assigned your fitting room.

3. 2. We will provide you with 3 tags to place on your top 3 gowns for trying on first. ( You may try on as many as you want in the 60 minutes.) A stylist or associate will get the dresses for you and check their registration to make sure they haven't been sold to your school already. This way, we ensure a smooth and exclusive experience for you."

5. 3. You'll have a dedicated stylist to assist you with dress selections. Please share with her any inspiration pictures or styles from our website and she will find it. Your stylist will help you narrow down your choices, and you'll get your tags back to choose additional dresses if you haven't found the one. We also have assistants to help with lacing up and zipping dresses. So, you family and friends can sit back and relax, relax and enjoy the experience.

7. 4. We kindly ask family and friends to relax in our comfortable waiting area, ensuring a clear runway for the girls. If your daughter needs your assistance, please stay in the fitting room to keep the aisle clear. We ask family and friends to refrain from pulling dresses and taking them back to the fitting room. This helps us check registrations and avoids the risk of trying on a dress already registered to your school. The waiting room is directly outside the fitting rooms for the best view of the dresses.

9. 5. Our goal is to keep appointments under 60 minutes to prevent overwhelm. There's no need to stress about time limits. We can extend your session by 30 minutes and move you to the overflow/walk-in fitting rooms if necessary.

11. 6. Your appointment begins when you enter the dressing room. However, if you arrive late, your time may be shortened to stay on schedule. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to browse.( check in first). You can tag your chosen dresses to ensure your stylist knows which ones are yours. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes early, you may start browsing, but please check back with us to get your try-on tags 15 minutes before your appointment time, and your fitting room will be ready at your appointment time.

12. While our system is usually smooth, bear with us if we run a bit behind; your time will always be prioritized and your 60 minutes in a fitting room will never be affected.

14. 7. Glitter and Lace is a specialty store offering unique designer gowns. We are fully stocked by January 1st and restock in February with completely different styles. If you find a dress you love in January, it may not be available in February/March. However, if you don't find "the one," visit us again for a new collection.

16. 8. We accept special orders until January 31st. Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days. Special orders for prom after Jan. 31, will incur a 15% rush fee. Remember that our designers sell worldwide, so it's best to order immediately if they have limited stock. We find most customers do not have to special order because of our huge in-store selection.

18. 9. Take advantage of our layaway option, which allows you to pay over 3 months. We also accept Afterpay, with a 7% service fee.

20. 10. Please note that we do not hold dresses; it's first come, first serve. We aim to be fair to everyone.

22. 11. Lastly, we kindly request that you respect our dresses. Hang them up or ask for assistance; please don't throw them on the floor. We want each dress to be in pristine condition for every customer.
