Do you offer a layaway service?

Yes, we do offer layaways. It's a great option to help you get the dress you've been dreaming of. You can put down 50% of the cost upfront and have three months to pay off the rest at your own pace. We do ask that you pick up your dress four weeks before your event to allow time for any alterations that may be needed. Please note that there is a 15% service charge for this service. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Last day for prom layaway is Feb. 28, 2024.

What should I bring to my fitting or when I come in to try on dresses?

For your dress fitting, bring any undergarments you plan to wear. Our dresses have built-in cups that we can adjust to fit your size and shape. Cup sizes matter, so let us know if you have questions. We're happy to help!

Do you hold dresses?

We understand it can be tough to decide, but unfortunately, we cannot hold dresses. We want to ensure everyone has a fair chance to find their perfect dress. However, we rotate our stock frequently during prom season, so you can expect to see new designs in store every week from January to late February. Once a dress style is sold, we won't get that exact style back, but we always replace it with new styles. Let us know if you have any other questions.

We don't hold dresses because we register all prom dresses, if a customer were to purchase the same dress in a different color between when we " held" a dress and you come back , we wouldn't be able to sell you that dress anyway.

Do I have to make an appointment?

NO , walk-ins are welcome but there may be a wait of up to an hour for a fitting room during our busy season. We recommend booking an appointment to guarantee a fitting room with no wait.

If you're planning to visit us during peak prom season, which is January through April, and homecoming, August through November, we recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. This will ensure that a fitting room is reserved for you. However, if you cannot book an appointment, feel free to walk in. Just keep in mind that you may need to wait for a fitting room or book an appointment for later that day. We also offer appointments for larger groups, such as bridal parties, mother of the bride, or a large group of friends. These appointments allow extra time and attention to ensure everyone finds the perfect dress.

Do you do alterations:

Yes, we do offer alterations for our formal gowns. We have a highly recommended seamstress who works off-site in her own creative studio. She has been working with us for over five years and is known for being sweet, creative, and affordable. We trust her with every type of gown, from beaded to wedding to pageant dresses, as well as simple alterations. Alterations are an important aspect of formal gown purchases as they can take a fantastic dress to the next level. Our seamstress can adjust strap lengths, take in the waist or bust area with a few darts, and hem the dress to your measurements. Keep in mind that gowns are cut based on a standard model, and we don't all have the same measurements. However, a few alterations can easily customize the dress to your unique measurements. Alterations are not included in the price of the dress.

Do you offer refunds?

I'm sorry, but we do not offer refunds on our formalwear because of the seasonality of formalwear.

Do you carry plus size dresses?

We have a wide selection of stylish dresses in sizes up to 24.

Are your dresses available for immediate purchase?

Yes, our dresses are ready for you to buy and take home immediately. We take special care of all of our dresses, so if any dress shows signs of any wear, it will be moved to our sales room.

Do you do consignment or sell used dresses or rent dresses?

No we do not. We only offer brand-new dresses from designer labels. Our selection is always current, and we take pride in providing the best quality for once-in-a-lifetime events. Thank you for considering our dresses. If you have any other questions, please ask.

What if you don't have my size or color preference?

We are pleased to offer unique dresses from designer labels. We can order it for you if we do not currently have your size or preferred color in stock. Special orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months, while in-stock orders typically take two weeks. However, we are proud to say that 90% of our stock is available within two weeks, as we keep the latest styles in store. Our goal is to help you find the perfect dress for your event. Due to national prom dress shortage, special orders need to be placed before Feb. 28, 2024.

For the prom season: Special orders can only be submitted before January 31st.

We can check the real-time available stock from the designer, and if it's in stock, it takes 7-12 business days to receive. We won't order a dress that we can't guarantee will arrive before your big day.

Do you register the dresses?

Absolutely!! And we understand how crucial it is to keep track of every dress sold, along with its event and date. Shopping locally has its perks, especially when it comes to exclusivity and unique dress options. Our wide selection of dresses is carefully curated to ensure our customers have unique looks for their special occasions. Rest assured that our tracking system is designed to prevent anyone else from having the same dress as you. What is the average price of your dresses?

I saw the same dress online, but it was cheaper.

We want to help you find the perfect dress at a fair price. Please be cautious when shopping online, as some stores use unauthorized images to sell lower-quality items. The designers set our prices, and we may be unable to match prices from knock-off sites or stores going out of business. Let us know your budget, and we'll work with you to find the perfect dress ranging from $200 to $800.

When is the best time to come for prom dress shopping?

We're excited to let you know that our new prom gown collection will be arriving in late December and January. Shopping early also allows you to take advantage of our layaway program to secure your dream dress before it sells out or place a special order for different sizes and colors. Remember that our gowns are very popular, and we tend to run out of stock by April 15th, so it's best to shop early. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
