About Us

August 1, 2024, Tammy Vreeland and her daughters Zoey Vreeland and Lacey Humphreys, became the new owners of Glitter and Lace Formal Dress Boutique.  We are already the owners of Evermore Bridal Boutique in Petersburg, Virginia so to add a formal dress boutique, felt like a natural transition.  Zoey is the new General Manager of Glitter and Lace and Lacey is the current General Manager of Evermore. 

                         

Not only was this opportunity in line with our current family business but we consider Kim family also.  Kim has been a part of some of the most important moments in our lives and Lacey and Zoey have played a key role in the growth of Glitter and Lace.  In 2017, Lacey was Kim’s first ever Brand Ambassador and, the very first customer of Glitter and Lace.  A couple of years later, Zoey spent several years as a Glitter and Lace Brand Ambassador participating in many social media campaigns and photo shoots.  Kim has also been our photographer documenting both Lacey and Zoey’s senior portraits.

                                   

When Kim called and said that she was interested in selling Glitter and Lace, we all felt that it was just something that was meant to be.  To be asked to be a part of such an amazing business, built on pure love, is something that we are very grateful for.  While Kim will not be a part of the day-to-day at Glitter and Lace, she will still be around.  You can expect to see her at some of our special events such as Wear RVA and partnering with Glitter and Lace to expand her passions for philanthropic and charity causes.

We cannot wait to bring our vision to Glitter and Lace and to provide its new and returning customers the most amazing formal dress shopping experience you can find.
